摘要
乳腺癌是女性最为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,每年新发病例仍在不断增加.由炎性细胞所控制的肿瘤微环境已被证明与乳腺癌的发展、转移及预后显著相关.该文就常见的外周血炎症指标性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、血小板/淋巴细胞比值、系统免疫炎症指数、淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值及C反应蛋白在乳腺癌发生发展、预后及疗效预测中的应用研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women,with the number of new cases increasing every year.The tumor microenvironment controlled by inflammatory cells has been proved to be significantly associated with the progression,metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.This paper reviewed the advance in the application of peripheral blood inflammatory indexes,such as granulocyte/lymphocyte ratio,platelet/lymphocyte ratio,systemic immune inflammatory index,lymphocyte/monocyte ratio and C-reactive protein in the prediction of the occurrence,progression,prognosis and therapeutic efficacy of breast cancer.
