免疫细胞调控骨骼肌炎症转归的研究进展

摘要
骨骼肌炎症的现象逐年递增,轻则影响人日常运动作息,重则引起人的急性器官衰竭.在骨骼肌炎症中,损伤肌内免疫细胞释放的各种细胞因子精细地调控着骨骼肌炎症的转归.该文通过回顾国内外学者对骨骼肌炎症的研究,从免疫细胞调控方面分别对急、慢性骨骼肌炎的炎症转归机制作一综述,旨在为学者对骨骼肌炎的深入研究提供理论基础,从而为临床治疗骨骼肌炎的药物研发方面提供参考价值.
Abstract
The phenomenon of skeletal myositis is increasing with each passing year,ranging from affecting on people's daily exercise routine to causing acute organ failure.In this paper,by summarizing the research of domestic and foreign scholars on skeletal myositis,the inflammatory outcome mechanism of acute and chronic skeletal myositis was elaborated from the aspect of immune cell regulation,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for scholars'in-depth research on skeletal myositis,so as to provide precise reference value for the clinical treatment and drug development of skeletal myositis.
