摘要
目的 观察基于授权理论的营养门诊教育对糖尿病前期患者的干预效果.方法 48 例糖尿病前期患者分别接受基于授权理论(授权组)或传统宣讲(常规组)的营养教育 3 个月,比较两组干预前后糖尿病相关心理社会方面的自我效能、不良饮食运动习惯改变、BMI、血糖、血脂、尿酸、胰岛素水平差异.结果 两组患者所有观察指标均较干预前改善(P<0.01),其中授权组糖尿病相关心理社会自我效能、不良饮食运动习惯、血糖、血脂、尿酸水平改善幅度均优于常规组(P<0.05).结论 基于授权理论的营养门诊教育更有效提高糖尿病前期患者的自我效能、纠正不良饮食运动习惯并改善糖脂代谢.
Abstract
Objective To observe the intervention effect of empowerment-based nutrition clinic education on prediabetic patients.Methods Forty-eight prediabetic patients received empowerment-based(empowerment group)or traditional(routine group)nutrition clinical education for 3 months.The diabetes-associated psychosocial self-efficacy,poor diet and exercise habits,BMI,blood glucose and lipids,uric acid and insulin were compared between 2 groups.Results All observation indicators were improved in both groups after intervention(P<0.01).The diabetes-associated psychosocial self-efficacy,poor eating and exercise habits,blood glucose and lipids,and uric acid in empowerment group were superior to those in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The empowerment-based nutrition clinic education exerts more effective improvements on the self-efficacy,poor diet and exercise habits,and glucolipid metabolism of prediabetic patients.
