摘要

细胞凋亡作为一种程序性死亡过程,通过及时清除老化、受损或异常的细胞,防止其继续生长和扩散,在肿瘤研究中具有重要意义.肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)为肿瘤的发生和发展提供了必要的生存条件.在TME,肿瘤细胞通过抑制凋亡途径或增强抗凋亡机制来逃避正常的细胞自毁过程,从而导致其不受控的增殖和耐药性.该文从TME的角度出发,综述了细胞凋亡在肿瘤发生发展中的最新研究进展,以期为开发更为精准的抗癌治疗方案提供理论基础.

Abstract

Apoptosis,a process of programmed cell death,is important in tumor research because it involves the timely removal of aged,damaged or abnormal cells and prevents their further growth and spread.The tumor microenvironment(TME)provides the necessary survival conditions for tumor initiation and progression.Through the inhibition of the apoptotic pathways or the enhancement of anti-apoptotic pathways,tumor cells might evade the normal process of cellular self-destruction in this complex environment.This can result in uncontrolled growth and drug resistance.In order to provide a theoretical foundation for the development of more focused anti-cancer treatments,this article reviews recent developments in the study of apoptosis in tumorigenesis and development from a TME viewpoint.
