Antivenom,as a specific drug for snakebite,has irreplaceable clinical value in treatment.However,its heterologous protein nature inevitably results in high allergenicity.If anaphylactic shock occurs,it will cause great threat to the life safety of patients.In order to enhance the attention of clinicians to antivenin anaphylaxis and explore a more optimal solution,this paper reviews the mechanism,clinical manifestations and treatment strategies of antivenin anaphylaxis by analyzing recent research results and combining with clinical practice.
