Effect of Axial Water Groove on Load Capacity of Water-Lubricated Journal Bearings Based on COMSOL
In this paper, elastic plastic bearings are taken as an example to calculate and comparethe water iflm thickness, pressure distribution and the load capacity of water lubricated journal bearingswith axial groove and without axial groove respectively with the COMSOL software. The effect of axial groove on the load capacity of water lubricated journal bearing is analyzed.
