救生艇筏设计布置要点探讨

摘要
救生艇筏是船舶及海洋工程装备的主要救生工具,在设计布置和功能要求方面均有规范标准要求.但是在实际设计中,尚存在对规范规则及相关标准理解不到位,从而导致设计上的某些缺陷.本文通过实际项目出现的问题为导向,反查规范规则及相关标准要求,并总结出设计布置要点,供同行们参考.
Abstract
Survival crafts are one major means of life saving for ships and offshore projects.The clear requirements have been made in the relevant rules and standards for the design layout and functional requirements.However,in the actual design layout,there are still some misunderstandings caused by incomplete understanding of the rules.In this paper,by taking the actual layout problems as oriented,reverse check the rules and related standards&requirements,and summarize the key points of layout.
