摘要
高效舵在保证船舶操纵性之外,具有更小的阻力并能提高船舶推进效率.本文提出一种适用于高效舵系统的半下沉式水密上舵承,使用软件Solidworks/Simulation对产品进行整机建模及结构强度有限元分析.仿真结果表明,半下沉式水密上舵承各零部件强度满足设计及使用要求,为同类型半下沉式水密上舵承的结构轻量化设计,提供了重要指导.
Abstract
Efficient rudder has less resistance and can improve the propulsion efficiency of ships besides ensuring ship maneuverability.This paper proposes a semi-sunken watertight upper rudder carrier suitable for efficient rudder system.Use software Solidworks/Simulation to model the whole machine and analyze the structural strength of the whole machine.The simulation results show that the strength of each part of the new semi-sunken watertight upper rudder carrier meets the design and use requirements.The simulation results provide important guidance for structure lightweight design of the same type of new semi-sunken watertight upper rudder carrier.
