摘要

本文基于自主研发的某极地科考船管路系统的防寒设计,简要介绍常用管路防寒设计的基本要求、耐低温管子、阀件材质的选用方法,以及本船主要管路系統的防寒设计经验.

Abstract

According to the winter protection design experience of pipe systems on the polar research ship independently developed by GSI,this article reviews the basic requirements of the winter protection design of pipe system,the selection of low-temperature cold-resistant pipe materials and the selection of low-temperature resistant valves,etc.At the same time,it summarizes the winter protection design experience of the key pipe system on board.The summary of the relevant experience can provide reference for the design of the new polar vessels in the future.
