摘要
海水管系包含主机与副机冷却系统、消防水系统、空调冷却水系统、水幕系统、生活水系统等,管系的合理选材和设计对海水管系本身及整船的腐蚀防护具有重要意义.铝质船海水管系应与常规钢质船有别,否则会发生管系或船体的局部腐蚀.本文从铝质船海水管系材料的选用、管路设计、管路安装、电化学保护,并结合实际应用情况,梳理出铝质船海水管系的有效防腐措施,供同行在铝质船海水管系的腐蚀与防护方面参考.
Abstract
Sea water pipe system includes main engine and auxiliary engine cooling system,fie water system,air conditioning cooling water system,water curtain system,domestic water system,etc.The reasonable material selection and design of the pipeline system is of great significance to the corrosion protection of the seawater pipeline system and the whole ship.The seawater piping system of aluminum ship should be diffrent from that of conventional steel ship,otherwise local corrosion would occur to piping or hull.In this paper,from the selection of material,pipeline design,pipeline installation,electrochemical protection and the application of aluminum ship sea water piping system,combined with practical applications,the effctive anticorrosion measures for seawater piping system of aluminum ship are sorted out.It is expected to provide use for reference and reference for the corrosion and protection of seawater piping system of aluminum ship in the same industry.
