摘要
本文通过我司建造的某磷虾船冷藏货舱热平衡试验的过程,介绍渔船入级DNV船级社时,热平衡试验需要准备的试验工具以及试验周期.根据试验计算结果,对冷藏货舱保温层传热系数的要求提出建议.通过总结试验经验,强调设计、施工过程中需要注意的事项.
Abstract
This paper is based on the heat balance test of refrigerated cargo hold for krill fishing trawler built by our company,and introduces the test tools prepared for the heat balance test and test period when a fishing vessel is classified into DNV.Suggestion for heat transfer coefficient requirement of refrigerated cargo hold heat insulation is proposed on the basis of the test calculation results.According to the summary of the test experience,it is emphasized that the matters need to be attended during design and installation.
