摘要
本文根据我司完成的多艘饱和潜水支持船建造以及海工船加装饱和潜水系统的经验总结,系统论述了呼吸气管从备料预制到船上施工全过程中清洁度的控制要点,并根据呼吸气管清洁度的技术要求,提出了管路清洗的工艺流程及和检验方案,为其他同类工程提供借鉴.
Abstract
According to the experience summary of the saturation diving system equipped and completed for some saturation diving support ships and marine engineering ships built in Yiu-lian Dockyards,this paper systematically elaborates the control points of breathing pipe line cleanliness during the whole process from material preparation&prefabrication to fabrication aboard the ship,and technical requirements of cleanness of breathing pipe line after installation,and puts forward the cleaning procedure of pipeline and inspecting procedure.It can provide experience reference for the similar projects of other shipyards.
