摘要
本文针对船厂产品船生产设计过程中实现对设计质量有效控制问题,阐述常规船型集装箱船、散货船生产设计中质量管理设计指标设置的过程,介绍以物量采集统计分析的方法设置设计修改控制指标,探讨采取可以量化指标对设计质量管理所采取的可视化、直观监管的方法,可为船厂产品生产设计质量控制方法提供参考.
Abstract
In responce to the realization of effective control on design quality during the production design of the shipyard vessels,this article expounds the process of design target setting for the quality control during production design of conventional vessels such as container vessel&bulk carrier,introduces the setting up of the design modification control index by means of quantity collection statistical analysis,and studies the adoption of the visual&intuitive supervisory control by way of quantification target to design quality control.Such method would provide reference for the production design quality control of more shipyard vessels.
