某大型客滚船铝上层建筑带筋板结构设计应用

目前铝合金材料主要应用于小型客船、游轮及高速船上,而大型船体结构极少采用.随着船舶能耗指数、减排及海上人员生命安全需求升级,《国际海上人命安全公约》对大型客船/客滚船稳性提出更高要求,船舶特别是大型客船上层建筑轻量化设计具有更加重要的意义.由此可推断,大型船舶上建结构采用铝合金带筋板材料将有良好的发展前景.研究大型客滚船铝上层建筑带筋板结构设计方案的安全性及经济性,将有利于形成造船业铝合金带筋板结构通用化、产业化.本文简要介绍某大型客滚船上层建筑采用铝质带筋板结构案例.
The aluminum alloy materials are now mainly applied to small passenger ships,cruise ships and high-speed ships,and rarely used on large hull structures.With the upgrading requirements for shipping energy consumption index,emission reduction and safety of personnel life at sea,the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea proposes higher requirements on the stability of large passenger vessels and Ro/Ro passenger ships.Therefore,it is more important for the lightweight design of the superstructure of large passenger ships.In this context,it is expected to become a trend for the superstructure of large ships to use aluminum alloy with reinforced steel plates,a new green material.The study on the safety and economy of the design scheme of aluminum sheet with ribs in the superstructure of large passenger and Ro/Ro passenger vessels will be conducive to the formation of the construction industrialization of aluminum alloy sheet with ribs in the shipbuilding industry.This paper outlines the aluminum sheet with ribs in the superstructure of large Ro/Ro passenger vessels.
