集装箱船给世界货物运输和贸易带来了极大的方便,是当今主流货船形式之一.本文以某2700 TEU集装箱船为例,对机舱通风系统布置进行优化设计.利用风管的拆分优化发电机区域通风,利用结构风道优化分油机区域通风和机舱前壁区域通风,改善通风效果,保证机舱布置空间,为相关机舱通风系统的优化设计提供新的思路.
Layout and Optimization of Ventilation System in Engineroom for 2700 TEU Container Ship
Container ships have brought great convenience for the world's cargo transportation and trade,and are one of the mainstream cargo ships today.This paper takes one 2700 TEU container ship as an example to optimize the layout design of its engine room ventilation system.The ventilation in the generators area is optimized through the use of duct separation and the ventilation in the oil separator area&engineroom front bulkhead area is optimized by use of structural duct,so as to improve the ventilation efficiency and ensure the space for layout of the engineroom,and provides new ideas for the design and optimization of the associated engine room ventilation system.
