人工智能在船舶建造安全管理中应用分析

船舶建造作业工序复杂,发生安全事故事频率高,给生命和财产造成重大损失.随着人工智能技术和视觉算法的持续发展,提高船舶建造安全管理精确性和有效性已提上议事日程.本文通过对人工智能视觉算法、基于视觉的行为识别算法、基于实体识别的动态抓拍算法、基于数字指纹的实物比对算法、基于自动控制云台的实体跟踪算法等技术在船舶建造安全管理系统的应用分析,展望安全管理智能化及其配套技术的发展趋势.
Application and Analysis of Artificial Intelligence in Shipbuilding Safety Management
The operation process of shipbuilding is complex,which results in high frequency happening of safety accidents and bringing heavy losses to life&property.With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology and visual algorithms,the improvement of the shipbuilding safety management accuracy and effectiveness has been brought to the agenda.This paper points out the important directions and trends of key technologies of shipbuilding safety management in the future by analyzing the technologies such as artificial intelligence vision algorithm,vision-based behavior recognition algorithm,dynamic capture algorithm based on entity recognition,physical comparison algorithm based on digital fingerprint,entity tracking algorithm based on automatic control PTZ,as well as the development trend of intelligent application and supporting technologies of safety management.
