摘要

提升船舶研制效率是每一个船舶企业密切关注的问题之一,"一家设计所设计、多家造船厂建造"(即"一所多厂")模式能够显著提升船舶交付速度.为更好地解决"一所多厂"模式下不同船厂之间存在的差异,本文介绍了面向建造的设计原则,提出了面向多厂建造的船体结构柔性设计方法,并以船体结构分段划分的柔性设计为例,对面向多厂建造的船体结构柔性设计进行了详细阐述,为"一所多厂"模式下船舶结构设计提供一种思路.

Abstract

Improving the efficiency of ship development is one of the issues that every shipbuilding enterprise closely pays attention to.Such mode of"one design institute designs for multiple shipyards building"(i.e."one institute for multiple factories")can significantly improve the delivery speed of ships.In order to better address the differences between different shipyards under the mode of"one institute for multiple factories",this article introduces the design principles for construction,proposes a flexible design method for ship structure for multi-factory construction,and takes the flexible design of ship structure segmentation as an example to elaborate on the flexible design of ship structure for multi-factory construction,providing a train of thought for ship structure design under the mode of"one institute for multiple factories".
