受船舶能效设计指数EEDI的影响,主机降功率使用已成趋势,但船舶主机加速性能显著降低,无法快速通过转速禁区的情况常有发生,对船舶安全产生严重的影响.本文阐述了通过轴系设计优化来寻求一种经济、可靠的解决方法,并用实船的扭振测量结果验证扭振计算,保证轴系扭振安全,满足船级社规范的要求.
Design Optimization of Ship Propulsion Shafting System
Under the influence of the marine energy efficiency design index(EEDI),derating of main engine has become a trend,and the acceleration performance of ship main engine is significantly reduced.It often happens that the ship is too hard to pass the barred speed range quickly.This has a serious effect on the ship safety.This paper introduces using of the shafting design optimization to find an economic and reliable solution.Finally,the results of torsional vibration calculation would be verified by torsional vibration measurement in a real ship,so that achieving shafting torsional vibration safety and meeting the requirements of classification society.
