摘要
本文通过对船舶液压管附件特性分析及液压管路制作、现场安装经验的总结,阐述了船舶液压管系在生产设计阶段需注意的设计要点;管路制作时需把控的制作流程及现场施工人员需掌握的安装工艺知识,有效规避了船舶液压管系生产设计对制作安装精度的影响.减少了管子修改量,提高了经济效益.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of marine hydraulic pipe accessories and the summary of the experience of hydraulic pipe manufacture and on-site installation,this paper expounds the design points that should be paid attention to in the production design stage of marine hydraulic pipe system.The production process to be controlled during pipeline production and the installation process knowledge to be mastered by on-site construction personnel effectively avoid the impact of the production design of the ship's hydraulic pipe system on the production and installation accuracy.The amount of pipe modification is reduced and the economic benefit is improved.
