海洋地质二号船主甲板重型吊机更换,引起主甲板相应区域的载荷发生改变,从而对轴系对中产生一定的影响.本文通过实船吊机更换过程中各阶段的轴系对中数据检测,对比各个阶段重量改变引起的轴承数据变化趋势,剖析其对轴系产生变化的因素.结果表明,该型船在原有船体结构条件下,对重型吊机更换不会对轴系对中数据产生大的影响,无需重新对中校准.该案例可为类似改装工程提供一定的参考依据.
The replacement of heavy duty crane on the main deck of Hai Yang Di Zhi Er Hao vessel would cause the load change in the corresponding area of the main deck,which would have certain impact on the alignment of shafting.In this paper,through the detection of shafting alignment data in each stage during the replacement of crane in real ship,and then comparing the bearing data changes caused by weight changes at each stage,and analyzing the reasons for the changes to shafting,the results show that under the condition of the original hull structure of the ship,the replacement of heavy duty crane does not have a big impact on the shafting alignment data of the shafting,and it is not necessary to re-align.This case can provide some reference for similar modification projects.
