Development of Ship Auxiliary Equipment Health Management System Based on Multi-type Wireless Sensor Network
In order to solve the problems of complex wiring, poor maintainability and low efficiency of manual inspection and judgment of equipment conditions resulting in the online vibration monitoring system because of the limitations of the engine room environment of traditional ships,a distributed vibration monitoring system for the multi-type wireless sensor network based on three-axis vibration sensor, edge computing module,Lora and Bluetooth is constructed. The system uses the edge calculation module to preprocess the vibration signal, and transmits the calculated vibration intensity and the extracted time-domain characteristic parameters to the data management software. At the same time,in combination with ISO 20 816 and other vibration evaluation standards,it realizes the automatic fault early warning and intelligent identification functions.Verified by actual project, the system operates reliably, and can display the current operation status of the equipment at the terminal and find the abnormal status of the equipment in time.
