针对传统船舶隔热材料存在导热系数高、容重大,温度范围窄以及不利于在狭窄空间系统中应用的局限性,分析气凝胶新型隔热材料与传统隔热材料的差异和优点,以及气凝胶在船舶工程中的应用前景.并基于采用气凝胶材料对船只烟道进行保温改造的案例,具体分析对比了传统矿质棉和气凝胶隔热材料的不同保温效果,为新型隔热材料在船舶保温工程中的应用提供一定的参考.
Application of Aerogel Thermal Insulation Material in Marine Pipeline Insulation
In response to the limitations of traditional ship insulation materials such as high thermal conductivity,high bulk density,narrow temperature range,and unsuitability for application in narrow space systems,this paper analyzes the differences and advantages of aerogel as a new insulation material compared to traditional insulation materials,as well as the application prospects of aerogel in ship engineering.Based on a case study of using aerogel materials for insulating the smoke ducts of ships,a specific comparative analysis of the different insulation effects of traditional mineral wool and aerogel insulation materials is conducted,providing a certain reference for the application of new insulation materials in ship insulation engineering.
