Fatigue Analysis of Mooring System for Deep-Sea Semi-submersible Platform
Marine engineering structures are prone to fatigue damage due to long-term cyclic environmental loads during operation,and are required for damage assessment to prevent significant losses caused by structural failure.This article takes a semi-submersible platform in the South China Sea as the research object,uses OrcaFlex software to establish a coupled dynamic model of the platform and its mooring system,and considers the corrosion effect of the anchor chain.The time-domain analysis method is used to analyze the fatigue damage of the mooring system,and the fatigue damage of the anchor chain under different sea conditions is obtained.The influence of different corrosion models on the fatigue damage of the anchor chain is explored,providing theoretical reference for the design of practical marine engineering.
