In this paper,the influence of meteorological and hydrological conditions in the operating sea area on motion and force,as well as the requirements for corrosion resistance such as ocean temperature,salinity environment,and crude oil type were analyzed based on the influencing factors of the design of large-sized rotating seals for offshore single point mooring oil transport systems.And the relevant requirements for the design,processing,and testing of large-sized rotating seals for offshore single point mooring oil transport systems by using spring seal technology were elaborated.
