Design of Connection Mode for Steel-Aluminum Structure of One Fishery Administration Ship
In order to ensure the speed,endurance and self-sustaining ability of the fishery administration ship during law enforcement,it is particularly important for reducing the lightship weight by using the aluminum alloy superstructure.Due to the large difference in physical properties and melting point between aluminum alloy and carbon steel,it is very difficult to use the traditional direct fusion welding method.Therefore,this paper takes the fishery administration ship as the target ship type,adopts the hierarchical analysis method to use the"aluminum-aluminum-steel composite matreial joint"as the welding medium,and in cooperating with insulation bolts as steel-aluminum connection method,and explores a connection solution for aluminum and steel structure ship.This solution can effectively solve the technical problems of steel and aluminum structure connection,improve connection efficiency,and have good economic benefits.
