This paper summarizes the experience of the construction management of the crew cabins of a large cruise ship,and analyzes such key points as the importance of detail outfitting plan(DOP)in the background engineering construction of the crew cabins,the basic process of the interior decoration engineering construction,and the completion inspection items and standards of the crew cabin,so as to provide experience reference for the construction of the crew cabins.
