工程项目材料管理与项目最终利润关系密切,做好项目材料管理工作,有利于提高项目工程经济效益,实现项目各项目标[1].本文以全球首例一体化建造的加拿大LNG(液化天然气)项目OSBL(公用工程)模块陆地建造过程为例,通过对其建造过程中舾装专业材料的验收、发放、领用等过程管理研究,归纳总结项目材料管理经验.本项目材料管理运用SAP和MatMan双系统,既有进口材料也有国产材料,具有一定的典型性和特殊性,可为后续类似工程提供借鉴.
Analysis of Outfitting Material Management for LNGC Modular Construction Project
The material management of engineering projects is closely related to the final profit of the project,and doing a good job in project material management is conducive to improving the economic benefits of the project and achieving the goals of the project[1].This paper takes the onshore construction process of the OSBL(public works)module of the Canadian LNG(liquefied natural gas)project,the world's first integrated construction,as an example.Through the study of the acceptance,issuance,and use of professional outfitting materials during its construction process,the project material management experience is summarized.The material management of this project uses the SAP and MatMan dual systems,for both imported and domestic materials.It has certain typicality and particularity,and can provide reference for subsequent similar projects.
