In view of the requirements of adding interior lighting in cargo hold raised by the end user of a multi-purpose heavy lift ship,the key problems for solvement and implementation method of fixed lighting installation in the cargo hold are studied under considering the various loading and unloading conditions in the cargo hold.An innovative method of embedding an integrated light box in the inner bulkhead structure of the cargo hold is proposed,and the manufacture,installation scheme,and power distribution line of the integrated light box is designed.It can improve the uniformity of illumination in the cargo lighting area,and facilitate the user into convenient involvement in job and control the interior lighting of the cargo hold according to the loading and unloading conditions in the cargo hold.
