With the continuous development of big data technology,better means have been provided for the maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in the shipbuilding industry.This article proposes a maintenance decision support system that integrates big data analysis,machine learning algorithms,and sensor technology to optimize the maintenance and repair plans of ship equipment.And through the experimental application of the electrical machine and motor intelligent maintenance platform on 58 large cargo ships,the significant effect of the system in improving maintenance efficiency and reducing maintenance costs has been verified.
