为了避免浮船坞及其作业中产生的液态污染物对水环境的污染,本文以48000 t举力浮船坞为例,在满足最新环保法规的基础上,结合目前已有的环保技术,提出一种各类液态污染物防污染技术方案,通过采用浮船坞防污染结构、浮船坞排放控制等措施,可有效地阻止液态污染物对水环境的污染.本研究对浮船坞的防污染设计技术有借鉴作用为浮船坞有关防污染设计建造标准提供参考.
In order to avoid the pollution of the water environment by the floating dock and the liquid pollutants produced in its operation,this paper takes the 48 000 t lifting floating dock as an example,and on the basis of meeting the latest environmental protection laws and regulations,as well as in combination with the existing environmental protection technology,puts forward a technical scheme for the physical pollution prevention of various liquid pollutants.By adopting the anti-pollution structure of floating dock and the discharge control of floating dock etc,it can effectively prevent the pollution of liquid pollutants to water environment.This study can be used for reference to the anti-pollution design technology of floating dock and provide reference for the relevant anti-pollution design and construction standards of floating dock.
