Organized innovation and technological competition among major powers
The fundamental concept of'organized innovation'to dissect the United States'measures to implement organized/orchestrated research or organized innovation in defence technology in response to the challenges of great power competition are adopted.Several proposals for improving'organized innovation'in China are outlined.These recommendations include the further unification of ideological perspectives,fortification of organizational efforts to drive organized innovation,stronger articulation of the direction of national scientific and technological development,consolidation of innovation resources,promotion of social financing,and effective utilisation of the pioneering role of the defence sector.
