The paradigm in national defence science and technology information research is inevitably being reshaped by the rapid evolution of the new generation of information technologies,notably'big data+artificial intelligence'.The conceptual essence of the defence science and technology information research paradigm empowered by digital intelligence is precisely defined in this study.A comprehensive framework for the paradigm that comprises generating links,research processes,and implementation paths is introduced.In addition,a detailed analysis of the'embedded'and'end-to-end'implementation paths of digital intelligence empowerment is presented.The research findings contribute to a nuanced comprehension of this research paradigm empowered by digital intelligence,which thereby elevates the quality and efficiency of information research.
