Intrinsic logic of integrated development of mechanization,informatization,and intelligentization
To scientifically understand the current situation in which mechanization,informatization,and intelligentization will coexist and develop in parallel for a long period of time,and to grasp the connotation of their integrated development,the intrinsic logic of the integrated development of these and their interrelationships are investigated from four aspects:advanced stages of mechanization,mechanization bottlenecks,advanced stages of informatization,and informatization bottlenecks.The logic of the integrated development of mechanization,informatization,and intelligentization can be summarized as follows:informatization of mechanization,where humans are independent of the system,intelligentization of informatization,in which humans are in the system,and intelligentization after informatization,in which humans are positioned above the system.According to this logic,this study proposes strategies such as grasping the opportunity of military intelligence,understanding the interaction patterns between human intelligence and machine intelligence,and exploring a new paradigm of the major power deterrence game.
