Interpretation and implications of "Digital Materiel Management:An accelerated future state" by the U.S. Air Force
Based on the theme discovery model and think tank double helix method,the White Paper"Digital Materiel Management:An accelerated future state"by the U.S.Air Force is analyzed and a research framework is designed.The White Paper is interpreted through the combination and integration of data collection,information revelation,comprehensive research and analysis,mechanism analysis,impact analysis,and policy analysis,so as to obtain an overall understanding and evaluation of the digital materiel management of the U.S.Air Force.Digital materiel management is advantageous because it is capable of accelerating the materiel management cycle and improving cross-functional collaboration.The research question is disassembled from two perspectives:process integration and logical hierarchy.In the context of strong power competition,studying how the U.S.Air Force promotes digital materiel management helps explore the development trends of intelligent materiel and operational support models for future warfare.
