利用CiteSpace科学计量工具，基于389篇Web of Science核心合集数据库2002-2022年的战略领导力文献，通过绘制可视化图谱，系统分析战略领导力研究的发文时空分布、发文领域、研究热点与研究趋势。结果表明，有关战略领导力研究的热度在不断上升，主要集中于管理学和商学两大学科，主题聚焦于行政工作要求、公司绩效、交易型领导等方面。通过对现有文献进行分析与归纳，形成战略领导力研究的整合性理论框架，主要包括战略领导力的核心理论、影响因素、产出成果等3个模块。对军事领域下战略领导力的相关研究进行描述与分析，并对未来战略领导力的研究提出展望。
Current status and frontier development of strategic leadership based on bibliometric analysis
On the basis of the 389 articles in the Web of Science Core Collection database on strategic leadership from 2002 to 2022,the temporal and spatial distribution of publications,areas of publication,research hotspots,and trends are systematically analyzed.This is achieved by drawing visual maps using the CiteSpace scientometric tool.The results show that the heat of research on strategic leadership is increasing,and the research focuses mainly on the two disciplines of management and business,with themes focusing on executive job demands,firm performance,and transactional leadership.By analyzing and summarizing the existing literature,an integrative theoretical framework for strategic leadership research has been developed.It includes mainly three modules:core theories of strategic leadership,influencing factors,and output outcomes.In particular,relevant theories and research on strategic leadership in the military domain are highlighted and analyzed.Finally,the outlooks for future strategic leadership research are presented.
