Modeling dynamic games of science and technology strategies based on rough sets
Games of science and technology strategies are reflected in a series of activities wherein two countries acquire and utilize tangible and intangible scientific and technological resources to influence, contain, and confront each other's capabilities in science and technology innovation and development during their related interactions. The concept behind games of science and technology strategies is defined, and the current state of research both domestically and internationally is analyzed.Further,a framework for modeling dynamic games of science and technology strategies based on rough sets is designed, strategic options within the games are explored, game rules are formulated, findings from both static and dynamic implementations of the games are presented, and a case study is conducted. Conclusions are drawn to provide references for the quantitative analysis of the effects of these strategic games.
