从潜艇技术发展角度分析反潜探测能力

摘要
随着潜艇技术的发展革新,新入列或在研潜艇目标特征持续减弱,续航、下潜能力大幅提升,对反潜探测提出更高要求.为进一步分析反潜探测能力发展及需求,总结归纳潜艇技术的发展现状及发展趋势,据此分析目前水下反潜的能力现状和薄弱环节,指出要在基础设施建设、预警手段创新、联合机制完善等关键环节聚焦发力,并提出相应建议.
Abstract
Owing to the development and innovation of submarine technology,the characteristics of newly commissioned or under-development submarines continue to weaken,whereas the endurance and diving capability of submarines have improved significantly,thus imposing higher requirements in anti-submarine detection.The current submarine technology and its development trend is summarized.Specifically,the current underwater anti-submarine capability and its limitations are analyzed.The findings indicate that key areas such as infrastructure construction,innovation of early-warning means,and improvement to the joint mechanism must be prioritized.Additionally,some suggestions to address the current situation are proposed.
