摘要

当前,世界军事革命正步入深水区,尤其是军事领域颠覆性技术水平的较量已暗潮涌动.基于国家和企业对颠覆性技术预测的需求以及颠覆性技术识别的理论,设计并实现基于文献大数据的颠覆性技术挖掘及分析系统.重点解决颠覆性技术挖掘及分析系统实现中的3个关键技术难点:基于主题词计算模型计算颠覆性技术度量分数,对颠覆性技术进行判别;设计文献数据处理流程,获取主题词计算模型所需数据;基于BERT和K-means对文本进行聚类,构建知识图谱,充分利用现有数据.该系统已初步实现颠覆性技术挖掘及分析的功能,可视化效果良好.

Abstract

The current global military revolution is accelerating.In particular,the competition in disruptive technology levels in the military field has become keen.Based on national and enterprise demands for disruptive technology prediction and theories of disruptive technology identification,a disruptive technology mining and analysis system based on literature big data was designed and implemented.The design focuses on solving the three key technical difficulties in constructing a disruptive technology mining and analysis system:calculating the disruptive technology measurement score based on a keyword extraction model and identifying the disruptive technologies;designing a literature data processing workflow to obtain the data needed for the keyword extraction model;and performing text clustering based on BERT and K-means for knowledge graph construction and the full utilization of existing data.The system has preliminarily realized the functions of mining and analyzing disruptive technologies,and yields good visualization results.
