新质航空装备发展推动智能控制应用的几点思考

结合世界军事大国在作战概念和作战样式上不断创新带来的"观察,判断,决策,行动"(Observation,Orientation,Decision and Action,简称"OODA")回路的智能升级,分析新质航空装备发展在智能控制技术上的应用特点。从智能优势推动"OODA"回路升级的角度,提出有人/无人协同作战在"OODA"回路各点位上的优势贡献,并基于Agent建模与仿真的方法对有人/无人协同制空任务进行仿真、推演和效能分析。从结果来看,新质航空装备的作战效能优于采用单一编组形式的无人机编队的任务效能。结合智能控制技术的发展,提出在有人机辅助决策、无人机自主决策,以及有人/无人系统体系智能方面的应用思考。
Several opinions on promoting the intelligent control through the development of new aviation equipment
Analyzing the application of new aviation development in intelligent control technology,taking into account the continuous innovation in combat concepts and styles,which has led to the intelligent upgrade of the Observation,Orientation,Decision and Action(OODA)loop.From the perspective of promoting the upgrade of the OODA loop through intelligent advantages,the contribution of manned/unmanned collaborative operations at various points in the OODA loop is proposed.The effectiveness of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)in air control combat missions is analyzed.Simulation and effectiveness analysis of manned/unmanned cooperative air control missions are conducted through Agent based modeling and simulation methods.Based on the development of intelligent control technology,application considerations are proposed in the areas of assisted decision-making,autonomous decision-making,and intelligence in manned/unmanned system of systems.
