聚L-乳酸结晶成核剂癸二酸二苯甲酰肼的合成及性能

以癸二酸为原料,经酰化反应得到癸二酰氯,再与苯甲酰肼反应合成得到聚L-乳酸新型成核剂———癸二酸二苯甲酰肼。考察了该成核剂对聚L-乳酸结晶行为和力学性能的影响。结果表明,1%癸二酸二苯甲酰肼在115℃使聚L-乳酸的半结晶时间t1/2从26.5 min缩短到2.7 min;在1℃/min降温速率下结晶温度从105.88℃升高到122.68℃,结晶焓由1.379 J/g提高到30.87 J/g,说明癸二酸二苯甲酰肼对聚L-乳酸有显著的结晶成核作用;力学性能测试表明,低含量癸二酸二苯甲酰肼对聚L-乳酸表现出一定程度的增强。
Abstract
N,N′-bis(benzoyl) sebacic acid dihydrazide(NA) was synthesized from benzoyl hydrazine and sebacoyl chloride which was deprived from sebacic acid via acylation.The crystallization behavior and mechanical properties of the poly(L-lactic acid) containing NA were investigated.Compared to the neat poly(L-lactic acid) at 115 ℃,upon the addition of 1% NA,the halftime of overall poly(L-lactic acid) crystallization decreases from 26.5 min to 2.7 min.The NA made crystallization temperature of poly(L-lactic acid) increases from 105.88 ℃ to 122.68 ℃,and crystallization enthalpy of poly(L-lactic acid) increases from 1.379 J/g to 30.87 J/g at a cooling rate of 1 ℃/min from melt.These results show that NA is very effective on the enhancement of crystallization of poly(L-lactic acid).The tensile testing shows that poly(L-lactic acid) can be reinforced by low contents of NA.
