Preparation and Properties of Tannic Acid-Cellulose/Polyvinyl Alcohol/Polyacrylic Dual Network Hydrogels
TA/CNF-g-PVA/PAA nanocomposite dual network hydrogels were prepared by embedding tannins(TA)and cellulose nanofibers(CNF)into borax-PVA alcohol(PVA)/polyacrylic acid(PAA)hydrogel network.Their performance was tested by FT-IR,SEM,TGA,swelling,adhesion,and biological experiments. The results show that when the mass ratio of TA:CNF is 1:2,the adhesion strength of the PATCP hydrogel on pig skin reaches 5.64 kPa,and the PATCP hydrogel also shows a significant swelling resistance, and its equilibrium swelling rate is only 3/5 of that of PVA/PAA hydrogel. The maximum width of the PATCP hydrogel for E.coli and S.aureus is 17 mm and 13 mm,respectively, and the hydrogel has certain self-healing properties, the hydrogel dissolution rate is below 2%and the cell survival rate in the hydrogel extract is above 89%,showing excellent biocompatibility.
