Progress in Research of Modified Carbon-Based Fillers Filled Polymer Matrix Electromagnetic Shielding Composites
In order to meet the development trend of lightweight and highly integrated electronic equipment and social health needs,lightweight,low-cost,and corrosion resistant electromagnetic shielding materials are increasingly favored.Carbon based conductive fillers,especially carbon nanotubes and graphene,have been widely used in polymer based electromagnetic shielding composites.However,the application of carbon based conductive filler particles often has a negative impact on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness due to their limited dispersion in the polymer matrix,which hinders their interaction with the polymer matrix.In this review,the typical modification methods and electromagnetic shielding properties of carbon nanotubes,graphene,and related composites were introduced,hoping to provide a good design idea for their application in polymer based electromagnetic shielding composites.
