Preparation and Antifouling Property of PE/SEBS-g-MAH/SEBS
PE/SEBS-g-MAH/SEBS(PSMS)was prepared from PE,styrene-ethylene/butene-styrene copolymer grafted with maleic anhydride(SEBS-g-MAH)and styrene-ethylene/butene-styrene copolymer(SEBS)through dip-coating method.The mechanical property,surface topography,surface properties,antiprotein adsorption and anti-Escherichia coli adsorption of PSMS at different SEBS adhesion rates were analyzed.The results indicate that,the surface of PSMS exhibits a cellular morphology,and the density of cell increases with the increasing of SEBS adhesion rate.Moreover,the tensile strength of PSMS is increased and then decreased with the increasing of SEBS adhesion rate.When the SEBS adhesion rate is 46.1%,the tensile strength and surface free energy reach 6.045 MPa and 14.055 mN/m,respectively.Meanwhile,it shows antiprotein adsorption property of 93.21%and good anti Escherichia coli adsorption performance.The PSMS shows long-term effective antifouling property based on the results of ocean hanging plate experiment.
