γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷对聚丙烯酸酯胶膜力学性能及电性能的影响

文中将γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)引入丙烯酸酯聚合物的合成中,探讨其对聚丙烯酸酯胶膜力学性能和电性能的影响.通过透射电镜、场发射扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热分析、流变性能分析、拉伸性能测试及电击穿试验等方法对聚合物的结构与性能进行了表征.研究结果表明,KH550的加入能提高丙烯酸酯聚合物分子间的作用力,提升聚合物的内聚能和本体强度.适量KH550的加入可以有效改善胶膜的均匀性和致密性.仅加入1.0phr的KH550,即可使聚丙烯酸酯胶膜的力学性能和电性能得到显著改善,其中拉伸强度提高26.82%,断裂伸长率提高38.10%,电击穿强度提高24.10%.
Effect of γ-Aminopropyl Triethoxysilane on the Mechanical and Electrical Properties of Polyacrylate Film
γ-Aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH550)was introduced into the synthesis of acrylate polymer,and its influence on the mechanical and electrical properties of polyacrylate film was discussed.The structure and properties of the polymer were characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM),field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),rheological analysis,tensile performance test and voltage breakdown test.The results show that,the addition of KH550 can improve the intermolecular force of acrylate polymer and enhance the cohesion energy and bulk strength of the polymer.The addition of appropriate KH550 can effectively improve the homogeneity and density of the films.The electrical properties and mechanical properties of the polyacrylate films are significantly improved,in which the electrical breakdown strength,the tensile strength and the elongation at break are increased by 24.10%,26.82%and 38.10%,respectively,with the addition of 1.0 phr of KH550.
