Effect of γ-Aminopropyl Triethoxysilane on the Mechanical and Electrical Properties of Polyacrylate Film
γ-Aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH550)was introduced into the synthesis of acrylate polymer,and its influence on the mechanical and electrical properties of polyacrylate film was discussed.The structure and properties of the polymer were characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM),field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),rheological analysis,tensile performance test and voltage breakdown test.The results show that,the addition of KH550 can improve the intermolecular force of acrylate polymer and enhance the cohesion energy and bulk strength of the polymer.The addition of appropriate KH550 can effectively improve the homogeneity and density of the films.The electrical properties and mechanical properties of the polyacrylate films are significantly improved,in which the electrical breakdown strength,the tensile strength and the elongation at break are increased by 24.10%,26.82%and 38.10%,respectively,with the addition of 1.0 phr of KH550.
