摘要

数均聚合度与聚合反应机理关系是聚合反应工程分析的重点内容,也是《聚合反应工程基础》课程的难点之一.正确理解并掌握聚合反应机理以及操作方式对数均聚合度的影响,有助于学生对聚合反应机理、过程和产物特点的掌握以及类似工程问题的分析.本文针对教材中这部分内容缺少详细推导过程这一不足,分析数均聚合度与转化率之间的关系;主要探讨在活性链寿命很短、活性链寿命很长两种情况下,链转移反应对数均聚合度与转化率之间关系的影响,并给出详细的推演分析过程,旨在为教学提供参考并帮助学生加深理解与把握,提升学习兴趣.

Abstract

The relationship between the number-average degree of polymerization and polymerization mechanism is the key content of polymerization reaction engineering analysis,and is also one of the difficulties of the course"Fundamentals of Polymerization Reaction Engineering".The understanding of the effect of operation and polymerization mechanism on the number-average degree of polymerization will help students to master the polymerization mechanism,process,product characteristics,and the analysis of similar engineering problems.Here,the relationship between the number-average degree of polymerization and the conversion is analyzed in light of the lack of a detailed derivation process.The effect of chain transfer reactions on the relationship between the number-average degree of polymerization and the conversion is mainly discussed in two cases of short and long active chain life,and a detailed derivation process is given to provide a reference for teaching and help students to deepen their understanding and grasp.The aim is to provide a reference for teaching,to help students to deepen their understanding,and to enhance their learning interests.
