摘要

在工程教育认证的背景下,以现行产品标准为纽带对聊城大学的《高分子材料与工程综合实验》中高分子材料加工和性能测试项目进行整合优化,注重实验项目的关联度,将碎片知识系统化,构建材料配方、成型工艺和产品性能之间的联系.以期培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,增强学生综合多维度思考问题的能力,为培养应用型、创新型高分子领域的技术人才奠定基础.

Abstract

Under the background of engineering education professional certification,the polymer material processing and performance testing projects in Comprehensive Experiments of Polymer Materials and Engineering of Liaocheng University are integrated and optimized according to the current product standards.The correlation of experimental projects is particularly emphasized.Furthermore,the fragmented knowledge is systematically built and the relationship between material formula,molding process and product performance is established.The purpose is to cultivate students'ability to solve complex engineering problems,enhance students'ability to think comprehensively in multiple dimensions,and lay the foundation for cultivating application-oriented and innovative technical talents in the field of polymers.
