聚三芳胺/聚芴共混体系中的链构象研究

聚(9,9-二辛基芴)(PFO)是一类经典蓝光共轭高分子,因其特殊的有序性平面化β构象而广受关注,该构象有助于提高薄膜器件的载流子迁移率等性能.近期有研究发现将PFO与其他类型高分子共混有助于提高薄膜中β构象含量.基于此,本文研究了共混物聚[双(4-苯基)(2,4,6-三甲基苯基)胺](PTAA)质量比例及共混后溶质浓度对溶液和薄膜中β构象的影响.结果表明:浓度一定时,溶液、薄膜中β构象含量均随PTAA质量的增加而先呈现增加后降低的趋势;而当PTAA/PFO比例一定时,溶液、薄膜中的β构象和有序结构含量均随浓度的增加先增加后降低.分析认为:PTAA可能起到了一定的交联作用,适量PTAA及混合浓度有助于PFO分子链的自折叠,克服空间位阻作用及减少链缠结,从而形成更多β构象.
Study on Chain Conformation in Polytriarylamine/Polyfluorene Blend System
Poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene)(PFO)is a type of classic blue-light conjugated polymer that has attracted widespread attention due to its specially ordered planarized β conformation.Increasing the content of β conformation in the film will help improve device performance such as carrier mobility.Recent studies have found that blending PFO with other types of polymers can help increase the β conformation content in films.Based on this,this paper studied the effects of the content of poly[bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine](PTAA)and the solute concentration of the blend on the β conformation in solutions and films.The results show that:when the concentration is constant,the β conformation content in the solution and film first increases and then decreases with the increases of PTAA content;when the content of PTAA ratio is constant,the β conformation and ordered structure content in the solution and film first increase and then decrease with the increase of concentration.We analyzed that this is related to the self-folding and steric hindrance of the PFO molecular chain in the blend system.
