简要介绍了氢能源的发展方向和国内外输氢管道的研究进展.总结了国内外现有的以及正在规划的纯氢输送管道和天然气掺氢输送管道建设情况.阐述了氢进入管道材料内部的过程以及氢进入材料后对管道带来的氢脆问题,并从输送介质、温度、应力、材料和表面处理等几个方面分析氢脆的影响因素,从材料强度的设计、管材的制造、焊接接头的制造和试验评价等方面针对输氢管道建设提出了针对性建议.
Research on Progress of Hydrogen Transmission Pipeline
Briefed here in the article are the development direction of the hydrogen energy,and the progresses in the field of research on the hydrogen transmission pipeline as made both at home and abroad.And also summarized are the construction situations of the existing and the planned pure hydrogen transportation pipelines and hydrogen-doped nat-ural gas transportation pipelines at home and abroad.Furthermore elaborated here are the process of hydrogen entering the pipeline material,and the hydrogen embrittlement problem as caused by hydrogen entering the material.Moreover the influencing factors for hydrogen embrittlement are analyzed from such aspects as transmission medium,temperature,stress,material,and surface treatment etc.Accordingly targeted suggestions are proposed for hydrogen transmission pipe-line construction from multiple aspects,including the material strength design,the pipe manufacturing,and the weld joint manufacturing as well as the test evaluation,and so on.
