埋弧焊管生产线传输辊道对中控制方式改进探究

针对常规辊道自动对中设计中存在的硬件配置多、备件费用高、运行时维护调整工作量大的问题提出一种改进方法,利用西门子循环中断组织块,用软件方式替代原有编码器、高速计数器模块、编码器轮等硬件实现辊道自动对中功能.实践证明,该改进方法能够满足现场使用需求,可以简化原理设计和硬件配置,为工厂节约备件费用,减少故障点和日常维护调整工作,现场实际应用效果明显.
Research on Improvement of Centering Control Mode for Roller Table in SAW Pipe Production Line
An improvement method is proposed to solve a number of problems as staying with the conventional des-ign of automatic alignment of the roller table,including so many hardware configuration,high costs of the spare parts and heavy workload of maintenance and adjustment as made during the operation and so on.The method involves such measures,including using Siemens cycle interrupt organization block,and replacing the original hardware such as the encoder,the high-speed counter module,and the encoder wheel,etc.with the software with the software to realize the automatic alignment function of the roller table.Relevant practice shows that the improvement as above mentioned is cap-able of meeting the on-the-site application requirements,simplifying the principle design and the hardware configuration so as to save the costs of the spare parts,reduce the fault points and workload for routine maintenance and adjustment.In general,the actual site application effe-ctiveness is obvious.
