为了解决国内现有冲击试验机不能满足标准对管道熔结环氧粉末外涂层抗冲击试验要求的问题,设计了管道熔结环氧粉末外涂层抗冲击试验装置.使试验装置各冲击点之间的距离均大于50 mm,新装置的启用不仅使熔结环氧粉末外涂层抗冲击试验设备能够符合标准要求,操作简便,而且提高了试验准确度和试验效率,可为类似的抗冲击试验机的改进设计提供借鉴方法.
Design of Test Device for Impact Resistance of Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder Outer Coating of Pipeline
In order to solve the problem that the currently-used domestic impact testing machine can not meet the requirements of the applicable standard for the impact resistance of fusion bonded epoxy powder outer coating of the pipeline,a test device for the said testing purpose is designed.The distance between the impact points of the testing device is greater than 50 mm.The use of this new device can not only get the testing equipment for the impact resistance of the fusion bounded epoxy powder out coating meet applicable standard requirements,but also make the operation simplified,and gets the testing accuracy and efficiency enhanced,being worthy providing reference method for design improvement for seminar impact testing machine.
